Processing Time

All Mulmul Earth pieces are made to order and carefully inspected before dispatch. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Domestic Shipping — India

We ship across India through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart.

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS once your order is shipped.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available for select pin codes within India. A nominal COD handling charge of ₹49 applies. To check if COD is available at your pin code, please proceed to checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx with full tracking.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Please Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country. Mulmul Earth has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at mulmul.earth@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Mulmul Earth is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
